All items are handmade and may contain:

Slight color variations
Unique design differences
These are normal and part of the charm of handcrafted work.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in USD.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
Payments must be completed through approved payment processors (Etsy Payments, PayPal, card providers, etc.).
Payment information is handled securely by third-party payment processors — we do not store your payment details.

4. Order Processing

Standard processing time: 3–7 business days.

Custom orders or large orders: 7–10 business days.

Processing time may be extended during holidays or high-volume periods.

5. Shipping & Delivery

By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy.

Once shipped, Lover By Nature is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen mail.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged.

Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of ordering.

7. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom orders are created based on the details you provide.

Lover By Nature is not responsible for errors due to incorrect customization details submitted by the customer.

No refunds for custom-work unless the mistake is ours.

Claim our work as your own

Legal action may be taken against infringement.
