At Lover By Nature, every item is handcrafted with care. Because our products are made by hand, slight variations are normal — and part of what makes each piece unique. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

✅ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused
  In their original packagingIn the same condition you received them

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because of the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns/exchanges on:

• Custom orders (names, colors, personalization, fraternity/sorority items, etc.)
• Sale item
• Items damaged by customer misuse

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• A photo of the product
• A photo of the packaging
• Your order number

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

📦 Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
